Payment

  • The payment must be done through Paypal Invoice, USD currency.

  • Do not send the payment before I ask for it by invoice.

  • Payment must be full and upfront.

  • Prices may be subject to change.

Process

Order > Payment > Sketching > Review >Lineart > Shading and details > Delivery

  • Sketches will be send after full payment of the commission. I will be waiting for your approval before working on the piece.

  • Feedback/changes and requests must be made during the sketch stage. Keep in mind that I'll accept changes 3 times only, so please make all change-request in bulk.

  • After this stage and having your approval to proceed, major changes will charge extra.

  • You can request WIPS during Lineart/shading stage but please be patient and do not spam.

General

  • Full written descriptions MUST be accompanied with visual examples and color palettes already setted for customs. For regular commission there must be a reference for the character.

  • Complex character may charge a little more tan the standard price.

  • You will receive a watermarked, un-watermarked and PNG files.

  • You can upload the final piece to your pages giving the proper credit.

  • I have the right to use pieces for promotion purposes unless you wouldn’t like your commission to be posted. In that case please let me know beforehand.

  • Any special request relating to canvas size/type of file/others must be requested and spoken before work begins, during order stage.

Cancellation and Refounds Policy

  • If I'm unable to complete an order and I must cancel a commission, you will be notified and a full refund will be made.

  • No refounds will be made after finishing the piece.

  • By cancelling the commission you will be refunded based on the process of the piece already made.
